Store: Ultra-Fractal: Intro, Save Your Work, Calculate, Send!

Ok, now you can send me the fractal information. Once I've received it, I'll check everything makes sense and email you to let you know that it's all good to go.

I'll also send you an electronic invoice for the print work. This will come from my secure credit-card processor, 2co.com. Once you pay the invoice, I get notification that it's processed and I start your project. If you have any questions at all, please ask.

So - let's send either your .tif file, or your .upr fractal definition file.

If you are sending a .upr:
Create an email to leighton@fpdimages.com - you can just click the link, it'll spawn a new window.

Attach your .upr file (we saved this back in step 1).

Include in the body of your email the dimentions that you'd like your fractal printed at. This serves as a good check to make sure everything as been configured correctly.

Also let me know if you'd like white space around the fractal, or any other special requirements.

Send the email! I'll get back to you usually within 24 hours, most of the time it's two or three.

If you are sending a .tif file: (these instructions are also available in PDF form here)

Either open an Explorer Window (Not Internet Explorer! Open the window you use to navigate your files (Right click 'Start' and select 'Explore')) and paste this URL in to the address bar space at the top:

ftp://mydesign:123Qweasdzxc@65.39.254.26/

or

FTP to 65.39.254.26, login with the user ID of mydesign and a password of 123Qweasdzxc

Drag and drop your file. It'll automagically upload. The drop-box is public. If you want to prevent other users of the drop-box from potentially seeing your graphic, encrypt it with WinZip and email me the password with the information below.
Send me an email letting me know that you've uploaded a file because the drop-box is not regularly monitored. Make sure you include the expected image dimensions along with a password if you've encryptedthe file. I'll get back to you typically within 24 hours, most of the time it's within two or three.

And lastly... Once I've received your graphic I'll confirm all details via email and send you the invoice from 2co.com. Once the invoice is paid, I'll start rendering your fractal, and then once that has completed it will be printed, allowed to dry and put in the mail. Most prints spend between 5 and 14 days in the mail. If you need it faster, please let me know and we can make other arrangements. As always, if you have any questions, please drop me a line.
